I am a dedicated student services professional with 18 years of experience in K–12 and higher education across both the UAE and Canada. My work has focused on creating student-centred environments that promote academic and personal success. My areas of expertise include student advising, admissions, enrolment management, behaviour support, data analysis, policy development, marketing, and community engagement.
Over the years, I’ve built a strong track record of driving student success by streamlining operational processes and implementing impactful student services. I am particularly passionate about coaching and using data-driven strategies to improve student development, engagement, and retention.
My professional journey has included roles in higher education, corporate training, and government-linked education reform. In each of these, my goal has remained the same: to enhance student outcomes, increase operational efficiency, and uphold service excellence at every level.
