With over seven years of executive leadership experience in education, I am committed to cultivating a positive, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment. My journey began in the classroom, where I developed strong instructional skills and meaningful relationships with students. As I transitioned into leadership, I took on the role of Head of Section, where I led teams, introduced strategic initiatives, and prioritized the well-being of both students and staff.
In this role, I have successfully addressed a range of challenges—from optimizing curriculum delivery and enhancing teaching practices to promoting ongoing professional development and supporting student wellness. My leadership philosophy is rooted in the belief that academic excellence and emotional well-being must go hand in hand to foster true student success.
Driven by a deep passion for education, I aim to inspire both students and educators, empowering every learner to realize their full potential in a nurturing and dynamic school community.
