Human Resource Officer
I am currently serving as the Human Resources Officer at Ignite School, bringing solid experience in HR operations within the UAE’s educational sector. I hold a bachelor’s degree in human resource management from Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University and am a certified HR Manager by the American Certification Institute.
At Ignite, my responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws and KHDA staffing regulations. My HR philosophy is centred on transparency, consistency, and proactive support for staff well-being and professional growth.
I am committed to building efficient, people-focused HR practices that contribute to a positive and productive school environment. Growing up in Dubai, I bring a strong local perspective along with a professional dedication to excellence in education.
Outside of work, I enjoy health and fitness, reading, and spending time with my family.
