I’m Leena Saada, Vice Principal of Middle School at Ignite School. My journey in education has taken me across borders and through deeply rewarding experiences—from five years as an IB teacher in Amman to two years teaching English in Dubai, where I embraced innovative approaches to learning.
I hold a BA in English Literature, graduating at the top of my class, and an MA in Educational Leadership from the University of Central Florida. These academic and professional experiences have shaped my commitment to student achievement, teacher development, and building an inclusive, engaging school culture.
At Ignite, I’ve had the privilege of leading the Middle School toward excellence, working closely with our English department to strengthen instruction, and directing teachers during PD days to ensure we continuously grow as a learning community. I’m passionate about empowering students and educators alike, and I’m proud to be part of a school that values growth, collaboration, and lifelong learning.
