I am deeply passionate about my purpose: to encourage, inspire, and holistically nurture the development of every child, empowering them to thrive both inside and outside the classroom. With several years of experience in early childhood education and a Master of Science in Teaching degree, I’ve gained a deep understanding of the science and intention behind meaningful, impactful teaching and learning.
Leadership, for me, is rooted in creating a culture where trust, risk-taking, and individuality can flourish. I believe in guiding with both heart and strategy, fostering spaces where people feel safe to grow, contribute authentically, and push the boundaries of possibility.
I hold a strong commitment to social and emotional development, not just for students, but for teachers as well. A school thrives when its people feel seen, supported, and connected. That’s why I love bringing creativity, joy, and a sense of togetherness to everything we do, helping build a school environment where both children and educators feel inspired to shine.
