    1. Where is Ignite School located?
    Ignite School is located on Street No. 414, Al Warqa 3, Dubai, UAE (Makani 4231131).

    2. When did the school open?
    The school opened in September 2018.

    3. What curriculum does Ignite School follow?
    We follow an American curriculum aligned with the New York State Common Core Learning Standards, aligned with the UAE Ministry of Education requirements for Arabic, Islamic Education, and UAE Social Studies.

    4. What grade levels do you offer?
    We provide education from Pre-K through Grade 12.

    5. Who are the teachers at Ignite School?
    Our teachers are highly qualified, licensed and experienced in teaching the American curriculum. Native English-speaking educators from the U.S. and with strong international experience in both US & the Gulf.

    6. What documents are needed for admission?
    You’ll need copies of the student’s passport and Emirates ID, both parents’ passports and Emirates IDs, recent photographs, and previous school report cards and transfer certificates.

    7. What is the admissions process?

    • Complete and submit the online application form.
    • Pay the non-refundable assessment fee and registration deposit.
    • Attend the placement assessment and interview (and SEN meeting if required).
    • Receive results and sign the Parent/School contract to confirm enrollment.

    8. What are the school fees?

    9. What subjects/courses are offered?
    For Pre-K to 12 the subject areas include: English Language Arts, Spanish & French (World Languages), Arabic, Islamic Studies, Mathematics, Science, Technology, Social Studies, STEM, The Arts, Career Development & Occupational Studies, Health & Physical Education.

    10. Do you offer Arabic, Islamic Studies, and UAE Social Studies?
    Yes. Arabic begins from KG1, and Muslim students take Islamic Education (in Arabic or English). UAE Social Studies and Moral Education are integrated for all students.

    11. How diverse is the student community?
    Ignite School celebrates diversity — our students represent over 70 nationalities and speak more than 30 languages. English is the Medium of communication

     12. What facilities are available on campus?
    Our campus features modern indoor and outdoor learning spaces, a swimming pool, multipurpose sports hall, football field, specialized play areas, and learning support centers designed to foster a safe and engaging environment.

     13. Do you provide transportation services?
    Yes, we offer safe and reliable bus transportation across several areas of Dubai & Sharjah. Routes, pick-up points, and fees are shared during registration. All buses meet RTA safety standards and include trained supervisors.

    14. Is there a school uniform?
    Yes. All students are required to wear the official Ignite School uniform, which can be purchased through our approved supplier. Details are provided during orientation or at the Reception Office.

    15. Do you offer after-school activities?
    Yes, free of charge. Students can participate in a variety of extracurricular programs including sports, music, arts, robotics, and academic clubs. Activities vary each term to offer new opportunities to explore interests and talents.

    16. Does the school support students with special educational needs?
    Yes. Ignite School describes an Inclusive Education programme for students of determination. Classrooms aim to accommodate diverse learning needs and provide meaningful, challenging learning experiences alongside peers.

     17. What about the school canteen and lunch options?
    Our canteen provides healthy, balanced meals, snacks, and beverages that meet Dubai Municipality health and nutrition standards. Students may also bring lunch from home if preferred.

     18. Is there a school clinic?
    Yes. Ignite School has a fully equipped clinic staffed by a licensed doctor & nurse. We ensure that students’ health, safety, and wellbeing are closely monitored and always supported.
