Mrs. Kandji was born in Saint Petersburg, Florida, and later moved to Atlanta, Georgia, where she attended the illustrious Clark Atlanta University. Rachel earned her B.A. degree in Early Childhood Education. Rachel made Atlanta her home when she married and gave birth to her son. She has been a certified teacher for four years, three years in kindergarten, and one year in third grade. Rachel has a love for teaching the English Language, she has an English to Speakers of Other Languages endorsement and is certified in the Orton-Gillingham approach to phonics. Rachel is a dedicated and resourceful educator with a proven ability to create and promote a safe learning environment.
