Eunice Payne

After 32 years of educating students in the U.S., I’m thrilled to join the elite team of educators at Ignite School. My journey in education has been both diverse and deeply fulfilling. I’ve had the privilege of working with students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels, and have also served in several leadership roles—including Elementary School
Principal, Coordinator of Special Education, Behaviour Specialist, and School Business Manager.
I come to the UAE from Atlanta, Georgia, where I earned my B.S. in Social Work and my M.Ed. in Learning and Behavioural Disorders from Georgia State University. I also hold an Ed.S. in Educational Leadership from Columbus State University. Additionally, I’m proud to have earned a Turnaround Leader certification from Harvard University and to be National Board Certified in Special Education.
I’m passionate about inclusive education and committed to ensuring that every student, regardless of ability, has the opportunity to thrive. I look forward to bringing my experience, energy, and heart for student success to the Ignite community.
