Today the staff of Ignite School, honored the fallen heroes of the UAE, through our Commemoration Day ceremony. Like myself, many of staff are relatively new to the UAE. While we may be unfamiliar with all of the cultural ceremonies, traditions, holidays and celebrations…we are definitely not new to the idea of honoring, with reverence, those who have given the ultimate sacrifice through humanitarian service. On this day, we offer our respect, in remembrance of the Emirati heroes who lost their lives in order to maintain stability, cohesion and safety in countries, in this region.
